Travel

Hepatitis A vaccine is in very short supply nationally and we may be unable to provide vaccination. It will be given on a first come, first served basis when we have a small supply. Regrettably, we are unable to put vaccine aside on a named patient basis.

We offer up-to-date travel advice using national databases, but it is your responsibility to plan ahead and ensure there is enough time before your departure to complete courses of vaccinations if required.

Please complete a travel questionnaire (click here to download) and arrange an appointment via Reception to see one of the Practice Nurses. Please endeavour to make your appointment with us at least 6 weeks before your departure date to enable us to schedule any vaccinations you may need and to give you appropriate travel advice.

Please note; not all required vaccinations are available on the NHS*. Some vaccines incur a charge and some are only available through private provider travel clinics, such as MASTA, NOMAD and STA.  Please check with a member of staff for details.

We are a Yellow Fever Centre and can also provide information on and courses of, many of the immunisations required and malaria prophylaxis for your exciting and exotic travels.
