BabyWould you like some general advice about what to do when your baby is poorly?

Once the dust has settled from welcoming your new bundle into the world we invite all new parents to attend one of our informal talks, here at the surgery.

In their first six months babies are busy feeding and growing. They are also building their own immune system. This involves being exposed to lots of different viruses, some of which may make them unwell. It is a natural part of growing up but can be an unnerving time. We would like to help by telling you what to expect and giving you some confidence in looking after them when they are poorly.

We run a one hour session in the waiting room every quarter and encourage parents of babies who are around 3-6 months old to attend. Your little one is very welcome too and there will be tea and biscuits.

Next session:  Wednesday 18th October 2.00pm - 3.00pm
